It's the last of my little Uganda series, and oh boy do I have some strong feels. After a little catch up in Amsterdam with one of my friends from the trip, I took a little walk down nostalgia lane. My time in Uganda was unparalleled. I've said it once, and I'll say it every time someone asks, the people are as beautiful as the country and the whole experience was phenomenal.
I'll never forget how happy the kids were to play on the playground that we built, how exhausted and proud of myself I was for trekking through forests to reach the gorillas, and how exhilarating it was to bungee jump into the Nile.
The last video shows off some of our weekends in Uganda, and all the fun times that came with our rest days! I'm missing my Uganda friends dearly, but I know we'll always hold the memories close.
Until next time friends,
Soph x
