So, a couple of months ago I got nominated for The Liebster Award! I have honestly never been so excited and happy that my efforts have been recognised and I would highly recommend checking out the lovely lady that nominated me Shadia Harper from Harp Deco. It has taken me a really long time to get around to writing this post (and any post really) because life really has been getting in the way. Excuses aside, I am so proud of myself and thankful to Shadia for the nomination - it’s really made the struggles worthwhile. Anyway, on to my answers, nominees, and questions!

What’s your favourite childhood memory?
I used to be an “inventor” as a kid. I would always try and invent things to make my life easier. Stuff like RC cars with baskets on the top so I could transport stuff from room to room or zip-lines that reached my light switch from my bed so I wouldn’t need to get out of bed. One of my favourite memories is my successful attempt of the zip-line light switch. Also, my parents used to take me to Ocean Park most weekends since we had a family annual pass and we always got to have chicken nuggets for lunch!
If you could change one bad habit what would it be?
Working myself to the point of literal exhaustion.
What inspires your creativity?
Everything! Absolutely everything from the everyday conversations that I have to train/plane/bus journeys to a single line or word in a song. I think I’m mostly inspired by the people around me as well. Watching other bloggers, friends, and family working hard and reaching their goals makes me think if they can do it then so can I - so I do!
